Getting started · Team access

Give the right people the right support access

Separate community conversation, private account context, and administrative changes so the next person can help within their role.

Map responsibilities before assigning access

A community moderator may help with participation rules. A coach may answer learning questions. An account team may investigate entitlements. An authorized financial-service team handles sensitive account decisions.

Separate reading from changing

Being able to read a ticket does not necessarily authorize an account lookup, role restoration, refund, or change to a program rule. Define those permissions for each connected workflow.

Keep handoffs scoped

Send the specialist the information needed for the decision. Do not give every coach, mentor, or moderator unrestricted access to customer account data.

Review access as the team changes

Update responsibilities when cohorts launch, contractors leave, or a service expands. Keep escalation ownership current so a member’s request does not remain with an unavailable person.
