Write welcome messages that start a useful conversation

Help people explain their question, understand the next step, and keep learning or using the service they joined.

Welcome the person into the right context

Name the academy, program, community, or service. Explain what this support route covers and ask for the information needed to find a useful answer.

Use reusable wording for structure

A standard message can explain where to find a replay or how to submit a coaching request. Keep the wording current and leave room for follow-up questions.

Do not turn a template into an account decision

A saved reply cannot confirm someone’s membership, verification result, or payment state. Use an authorized record for those facts and adapt the answer to the actual case.

Keep the human path clear

Make it easy to ask for a person when the available knowledge or workflow does not settle the issue. Carry the conversation context into that handoff.
