Free Discord ticket bots: limits and AI alternatives
What to check in a free Discord ticket bot, where free tiers have limits, and when a configured AI support workflow is a better fit.
What “free” means across Discord ticket bots
Free tiers can be useful for opening tickets and organizing staff replies. Compare panel limits, transcript retention, branding and where staff can reply. Tessolva is a paid AI support offering; it is not listed here as a free plan.
Competitor details below reflect the dated vendor sources listed with each entry. Check their current pages before choosing.
What to compare
- Ticket and panel limits.
- Transcript retention and export options.
- Staff replies in Discord or a web inbox.
- Bot identity, branding and setup.
- Whether AI answers, account investigation or permitted actions are included.
Tessolva’s current offer
Business is €129 per month with 7,000 AI calls per month. Enterprise and Custom are quoted around your requirements. See the current pricing page for each offer’s scope.
Business includes one AI agent for everyday support requests. Enterprise covers knowledge-based support and multi-step backend investigation and resolution. All three offers include human escalation paths.
Confirm the workflow before rollout
Available channels, connected tools, permissions and workflows are confirmed for your setup before rollout. Discuss the requests you need to resolve and the tools behind them before choosing an offer.
Ticket Tool's free Standard plan
Ticket Tool's free Standard plan runs a shared bot with unlimited panels, unlimited transcripts, and unlimited support roles. Transcripts are capped at 1,000 messages, and statistics beyond 7 days need Premium. Ticket Tool has no AI or knowledge-base features on any plan. Premium is $8 per month or $66 per year per server and lets you customize the shared bot's avatar, banner, and bio in your server; Ticket Tool's own documentation says it is not a whitelabeled bot.
TicketsBot's free tier
TicketsBot's free tier runs a shared bot with unlimited tickets, forms, and claiming, plus 3 panels and a help-article knowledge base capped at 5 articles and 3 categories. No AI features are listed. Sending messages from the web dashboard needs Premium, listed at $2.99 per server per month through Patreon, and running the bot under your own name and avatar needs the separate Whitelabel add-on at $6.99 per month. Transcripts are kept while the server uses the bot and deleted 30 days after it is removed.
Tickety's free tier
Tickety's free tier runs a shared bot with 25 ticket panels and 3 form questions per panel. Transcripts stay available while Tickety is in the server, then are deleted after about two weeks, or two months if the server ever had Premium. AI runs on purchased credits rather than a plan tier: an add-on at €3.99 per month with 5,000 credits unlocks detection features, and replying from the dashboard needs Premium, listed at €5.99 per month or €49.99 per year for one server.
Ticket King's free tier
Ticket King's free tier runs a shared bot with unlimited tickets, 10 panels, and transcripts up to 1,000 messages (raised to 5,000 on Premium); HTML transcripts are kept indefinitely on every plan. No AI or knowledge-base features are documented. Premium is $5.99 per server every 30 days ($6.99 for servers over 1,000,000 members) and adds a Bot Personalizer that changes the shared bot's name, avatar, banner, and bio, though the bot remains Ticket King's own application.
When a free ticket bot may be enough
If your team mainly needs to open ticket channels and answer manually, a free ticket bot may cover the workflow. Compare the vendor’s current limits against your ticket volume and retention needs.
When to consider an AI support workflow
Consider Tessolva when the work extends beyond opening a ticket: finding approved information, investigating authorized account records, taking permitted actions and checking the outcome in the same conversation.
