Help members use what they paid for
“My membership is active, but the channel is locked.” “I cannot open my course.” “Where can I find the resource included in my plan?” These are everyday support requests in paid communities.
They matter because the member cannot get the value they expected until the problem is resolved. A useful AI agent can investigate the issue and help them reach the right answer.
The focus here is support for access and existing resources, not delivering lessons or planning a cohort.
Check membership and access separately
Use a verified account to check the membership record. Then compare that with the access the member should have.
An active subscription does not by itself prove that a community role or course permission was applied correctly. Check both sides of the process before giving an answer.
For a standard access issue, an authorized agent could apply the approved fix and confirm that the member can now open the relevant channel or resource. Missing permissions or sensitive account changes need the appropriate review.
Find the answer in your own resources
When a member asks where to find something, use your current resource list and the content included in their plan. Give a direct link and a short explanation.
For questions about an existing lesson or community rule, use the approved material. Do not invent a lesson, guarantee an income result or turn a support answer into investment advice.
If the source is unclear, get it checked. Then improve the reference so the next member can receive a reliable answer.
Turn repeated problems into better support
Review the most common access and resource tickets. Identify which checks keep repeating and which instructions are missing.
Use verified resolutions to improve the procedure, with private member information removed. Test the update before the agent reuses it.
Measure whether members regain access, find the resource and avoid a second contact. Those outcomes show whether support is helping them use the community.
