# Make support recognizable to your members

Design a clear support entry point that feels part of your academy, community, or service—and helps people choose the right next step.

## Use your organization’s voice

Keep the name, labels, and tone consistent with the program people joined. An education community should sound like its learning experience, not a generic software error desk.

## Lead with the member’s goal

Use choices such as Find a replay, Get access help, Ask about the program, or Continue onboarding. Keep descriptions short enough to scan.

## Separate guidance from private requests

Public program information can be explained openly. Individual enrollment, subscription, or financial-account questions belong in an appropriate private support route.

## Check the small-screen experience

Read the message as a new member on mobile. Make the official support route obvious, the choices distinct, and the route to a person understandable.

### “A trading academy is opening a new cohort.”

Use the academy’s name and offer simple choices for course resources, cohort sessions, and access help. Keep investment opinions and sensitive account decisions outside a generic support template.
